Our meeting rooms come complete with a sound system, microphone and video projection capabilities. An AV tech from our team will be on-site for every meeting to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Layout Design
Our experienced event staff will set-up your meeting space based on your guest count and preferred style to maximize the flow and function of your meeting. Choose from theater seating, conference rounds and classroom.

How do I book my event with you?
Contact us and tell us a bit about what you’re planning. We can then schedule a site tour or video call to discuss the needs of your event and put together a customized estimate.
Is parking available?
Yes! We have a private gated lot located behind our building, as well as multiple parking garages within walking distance to ensure safe parking for your attendees.
Is it possible to revise my event date?
Let us know if you need to make a change to your event date and we’ll do everything that we can to make it possible!
What is your billing process?
We ask for a 20% deposit upon booking, and the remaining 80% due just 2 weeks before your event
Can I receive an invoice detailing my charges?
Absolutely, we’re here to help you! We keep all of your files on our online portal for easy access.
